God is first, I am second. My calling is helping others and I'm so thankful He's equipped me with the knowledge and skills to serve Him and others.

My family is the cornerstone of everything I do.  I have an amazing husband, a beautiful, Jesus-centered daughter and 

a lion of Judah son. 

My heart could not be more full!

Food & fitness are everything. It's the gathering place, it's culture, it's community... it's my passion.
